School Unstoppable is a Kindness revolution that would enable school students to be a part of making the new India. A nation with equality and access to Education to all. 6 Collection drives would take place from July-December. Each Top School would be tied-up with a Municipal School and Collection Drive would take place each month and donated to the Municipality School directly by the Students. These kids in the Municipality School would do a random act of kindness during each drive
Thus School Unstoppable aims at inculcating kindness and compassion in teenagers right when they are young and learning. The act of giving makes them more thankful and grounded to the realities of life. The act of organizing and executing the collection drives shall boost their leadership skills.
Examples of collection drives:
July – Notebook
August – Compass-Box
September – Pasti Ki Masti
October – Pen, Pencil, Eraser
November – Lunch-Box
December – Notebook
School Unstoppable would sow seeds of kindness in 100,000 young leaders of India making them more Compassionate and Kind. Currently, 70 schools are on-board with School Unstoppable in Ahmedabad and the figure would reach to 100 Schools by the end of July 2010 |
